Where are the Fouts?

Visiting Shoshone Falls

Sorry we haven’t posted very much recently.  We have been busy traveling, saying good byes and taking care of last minute details.   We were in Iowa with Teresa’s family for three days.   Highlights there include eating fish we had caught the night before under Uncle Scott’s instruction, Grandma making fried chicken, the kids sleeping in the camper with their grandparents and Teresa playing scrabble with her mom and sister.   Our next stop was Missouri where we spent  time with Teresa’s roommate from college and her family.  On Friday we were able to visit  friends  at Kanakuk family camp in Branson which was a good destressor.   Our last day in Missouri, we  took the opportunity to visit the church that Teresa attended while at SBU in Bolivar.  It was fun to see familar faces and make new aquaintances.    Currently we are in Texas staying with our good friends, the Medley’s.  Today was mostly spent with travel details while our kids swam and played with their friends.   Tonight we are looking forward to just hanging out.

We feel our time in the states quickly coming to an end.  Even though we are sad to say good bye to our friends, we are ready to go.  Thank you for all your prayers to this point.  We have been thankful for safe travels and good weather this past week and have cherished our time with family and friends.
