Some of our friends work with young children who have to labor to provide income for their families. Our friends provide a school for these kids in the early morning. They also provide lunch. The children are then free to return to their families at noon. Many work in family businesses or work on the street panhandling. Some of the children are orphans. I invited the older class to the airport for a field trip. I wanted to show them some of the jobs that they could have if they stayed in school. Below are some pictures of them touring our hangar. The airport fire/rescue team also gave the kids a tour and demonstration.
That is so cool! I bet that was very inspiring for those kids. Hopefully they will stay in school.
